Don't have a lot of time, but want a quick reset. In this 45 minute Reiki offering we quickly activate your lymphatic system and move right into a Reiki Session. Perfect for lunch hours!! Reiki is an ancient practice that enables the practitioner to channel energy from the earth and the divine, offering it to the client with love, peace and compassion. The client's body then receives the energy and places it where it needs it the most, for the client's greatest and highest good. It is an experience that is different for everyone. Some see lights, like the aura borealis. Some feel zaps of electricity coming out of different areas. Some feel energy moving either slowly like molasses or quickly like shots of energy. Some experience heat from the practitioner or from the energy movement itself; while others get the chills during different parts of the treatment. Some don't feel anything at all. Some sleep, some don't. It is different for everyone, depending on what their body needs to process.
