(9 am – Noon or 1 – 4 pm)

Location: Harmony Hands Healing Center

(or on your site for larger groups)

• Smudge Feather Fan Creation & Smudging, or

• Talking Stick Creation, Effective Communication, Meditation, or

• Plant Spirit Medicine Informational Walk About at Ferry Island, Identifying Edible Plants & Medicines in Nature.  Receive a taste sampling of Plant Spirit Medicine Teas (and sample packet to take home), or

• Drumming Circle in the Forest (Connect, Clear, Release and Learn New Drumming Songs), or

• Devil’s Club Foraging Workshop (for Teas (spring time only) and for oils & salves (spring through to fall), or

• Spirit Medicine Bag Workshop or

• Vision Board, Manifesting and Meditation, or

• Meditation and Art Therapy to Music, or

• Bija Seed Sound Chanting, Energy Testing for Food & Decisions, Sound Bath with Crystal Harp & Pyramid Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls followed with a Guided Crystal Meditation.
