Reiki & Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls

Service Description

Sound healing is centuries old, and helps one to open and heal from the inside out. We begin with a brief discussion on what you are wanting to work on during the session. Then for 30 minutes or so, we will play the crystal singing bowls one at a time allowing you to chant Bija Seed Sounds helping you to awaken, open, align, heal and balance your chakras. Then we move to the treatment table, where you will activate your meridians and lymphatic system, ground and then enjoy a full Reiki treatment. Reiki helps you to release physical and emotional blocks in the body causing pain or reduced mobility. Reiki helps to lift lower emotions, stress, tension, anxiety, fear, worry, etc. The full Reiki session is about 1.5 hours
