During coaching sessions we discuss what the issues are you want to address in your life. We work through step by step action plans that are realistic and attainable to help you move forward with more positivity, optimism, hope and joy. You receive an action plan to follow for the goals you have set. We can also just talk and brain storm on solutions as you need to.
