Lana's Restorative Massage is a unique blend of relaxation massage, targeted deep tissue techniques, and assisted stretching designed to restore physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Lana Greene graduated from the MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton, AB with a 2 year ( 2200 hr ) Massage Therapy Diploma in 2008. Working under the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada since , Lana has provided massage therapy services here in Terrace since 2016 when she made the move here. Lana is a grief and trauma informed practitioner offering a safe trauma informed space to help you facilitate your own healing on Saturdays and some Fridays. Sessions are offered in silence, creating space for relaxation and deeper connection with the body. This quiet approach supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress hormones such as cortisol, calms mental chatter, and enhances body awareness. Working in silence also allows Lana to hold a grounded, healing presence throughout the session . As a trauma-grief-informed practitioner, she understands how stress, trauma, and emotional experiences can manifest within the body, and approaches each treatment with sensitivity, care, and compassion.
