Improve Performance - Skills & Sports - Use this session to develop any skill or improve performance. During the first half (alpha phase), visualize feeling your very best from your pervious performances. At 14 minutes, the stimulation will change dramatically and speed up. During the second half (beta phase) visualize executing your perfect performance for the upcoming event. This session uses Ex-Ray visualitzation technique.
