Cedar Bough Brushing with Laverne

Service Description

Cedar Bough brushing is a traditional Indigenous practice tied closely to cultural healing. It allows a person to relax, reset and release all that is no longer serving them. It enables the grounding of the upset energies, into the earth and the cedar bough itself. After the session Laverne will gift you the cedar bow you worked with for your session, to empower you to either gift it back to Mother Earth or burn it in a fire to release all that the cedar bough captured.
