Amanda's approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, strengths-based, and culturally responsive counselling service therapies. Amanda uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused and strengths-based approaches, psychoeducation, and mindfulness-informed strategies. She tailors therapy to the individual because she believes there is no single path to healing.
