Social Media is a powerful tool for marketing.

Facebook 

• Create a business page from your personal page (no one will see your personal page)

• Use this business page to post helpful content, events, courses or workshops. 

• Use the FB ads for broad reach

Instagram

• Create a business page on instagram.

• Post short videos regularly. 

• Link the Instagram and FB pages, so that when you post on one, it posts on the other. 

• Use their paid ad feature to reach more people. 

Tiktok 

• TikTok can also be a powerful source for advertising. Keep the videos short and direct. 

• TikTok also allows for paid ads. 

Having a really good web site is critical for sharing information, selling resources, and being able to direct your clients along a stream for booking or purchasing. 

If you are using the Harmony Hands website, there is really nothing you need to do, as it is all set up. 

If you are wanting to create your own website there are a few that are much better platforms than others.

Wix.com - offers easy web site building, email, online booking system, online store, marketing campaigns through email and google ads, blogs and more. 

 

SquareSpace - similar to Wix.com with web site building, email, online booking system, store, marketing, etc. 

​

There are others that are free (including versions of the above two listed) that do not offer as much. Figure out what you need and then do your research.

No matter which platform you use, you want to be able to post your blogs on the web but also with a direct connection to post on FB, Instagram and/or TikTok.

Pamphlets

Creating a pamphlet in Word processing (there are templates) is a very effective way to capture: 

• who you are

• what you do

• where you are

• prices

• web site

• email/phone number

You can include pictures, links and contact information. These can be used to hand out at markets/fairs/events or just for your clients to pass along to someone in need.

Business Cards / Promotion Cards / Loyalty Cards

I have found Vista Print to be the most affordable and best quality for card production. You design the card or use their preset templates. They can even help with logos, if you don't have one.

They can print business cards and promotional cards (like 10% off) and/or loyalty cards with circles for initials (pay for 5 sessions, receive the 6th 50% off)

Prize Draws

Holding monthly or event prize draws is another way to attract more people. Getting the word out that you are of service and you want to promote wellness by offering gift certificates or crystals or something relative to your modality, will help promote yourself and your business. ​​​
