Smudge Feather Fan Creation & Smudging Workshop

In this 2 - 2.5 hour workshop you will create your own smudging fan using feathers, leather backing, leather wrap and crystals. After you create your fan, you will then learn how to smudge another person and yourself. We then all go outside and smudge one another.
You will leave feeling lighter and happier, releasing lower energy vibrations that are no longer serving you. You will also leave with a newly created smudge feather fan and a small bag of white sage to use at home.

Crystal Rattle Making Workshop

First Night - Monday
- Learn about the versatility of rattles through history
- Learn about the different types of rattles used around the world
- Learn about the power of intention, and setting your intention for your own crystal rattle
- Learn about all the materials needed to create your crystal rattle
including the meaning of the crystals and the feathers
- Learn how to connect your own rattle materials to all of life, including the elements, the animal, the trees, mother earth
- Experience smudging your materials, aligning them to your own individual intentions, and perform a blessing of the materials
- Create the bell of the rattle, choosing the stick that aligns with your own energy & intention
- Cross stitch, fill and hang rattle for drying until part 2 of the workshop.
Second Night: Wednesday
We let the rattle hide dry between Monday to Wednesday
- Learn how to prepare your dried rattle for the crystals of your choice for your desired intention
- Learn how to put the crystal rattle all together, including the decorating portions using raw hide, beads, feathers, suede and fur if desired
- Finally experience a connective meditation, connecting your energy, your intention, the rattle and all of creation as you connect to the components of the rattle.
This is a two night workshop, where you must commit to both nights in order to complete your rattle. Each evening will be 2 hours in length.
The cost of the workshop including all the materials, (rawhide cutout template, sinew, sand, glue, stick, feathers, crystals, beads, etc.), the workbook and the training will be $65 per person.
