We begin your Crystal Reiki session by activating the crystal grid and other crystals that will be used on your body. Then we move onto activating the meridians and the lymphatic system. We then use a low range weighted ohm tuning fork to activate your energy centers, identify points of pain and blocks in the body. We then go through a process to ground, relax before beginning the Crystal Reiki treatment session. Once the crystal Reiki session is complete we end with 15 - 20 mins of playing the crystal harp, helping you to further connect and align.
