Connective Conversations & Reiki

Service Description

We start off with a discussion over a cup of tea, of what has been going on in your world, what you want to work on, how things are unfolding. We have conversations that help you to connect your dots, identify and test your limiting beliefs and negative programming and talk about where you see yourself heading. We brain storm on ideas and share information that may assist you on your healing journey. This process helps you to set a productive intention for your session. When ready, we head into the treatment room to conduct a full reiki treatment. We start of with grounding your energy and ensuring your polarities are running in the right direction. We then do some tapping of the meridian alarm points, identifying which meridians may need tapping or tracing. Then we work with tuning forks to identify any chakra blocks or any points of pain we need to address. We also make sure your lymphatic duct is open and processing toxins, before we begin. After than we work through a grounding and connective meditation designed to help you and your body relax. Then once things are activated and open, we begin your reiki treatment session. Following your reiki session you will be given alkaline water (if you prefer, regular water is also available) and we do a debrief of your session.
