Combo - Art Therapy & Reiki Session

Service Description

We start with a brief discussion on what you would like to work on for your healing session. Then we sit and do about a 30 min art therapy session with music. Once you have completed your artwork, we head into the treatment room for a full Reiki session. During the reiki session we will activate the meridians, ensure the lymphatic system is functioning, we will check in on the blocks and current energy flow using the low-range Ohm tuning fork down the chakras. Then you will experience a gentle relaxation and grounding visualization before starting the Reiki session. Reiki allows you to release emotional and physical blocks, process things, and heal physical pain in the body. It helps you to reset, recharge and rejuvenate your energies.
