Service Description
In this service offering you start off with 30 minute crystal singing bowl sound clearing and balancing of the chakras. Then you will be treated to up to 30 mins in the infrared sauna at around 120 degrees (you may request hotter or cooler temperatures). You will then cool down with ice cold rosemary/eucalyptus water. After you are ready, we will then move over to the stationary table for your Reiki treatment. The Reiki treatment consists of meridian activation, tapping to identify issues in the lymphatic system, chakra activation with the omh tuner, a grounding exercise, deep relaxation and then the Reiki treatment. Afterwards you will be given a debrief and alkaline water.
