Combo 4 - Infrared Sauna & Crystal Reiki

Service Description

In this treatment you start off with up to 30 mins in the Infrared Sauna. You complete your sauna session with a cool rosemary/eucalyptus water wash. When you are ready, we move over to the Reiki table. Crystal Reiki uses the vibration of crystals along the body and in a grid to amplify the energy flow. It helps you to release any remaining blocks, aligns your energy centers, meridians and processes; reduces inflammation and increases mobility. We will start your Crystal Reiki session going over the chosen crystals and the grid being used. We then go through a meridian activation process, tapping different meridian focal points to determine if the lymphatic system is blocked. Then we use the omh tuner to activate, through vibration, your chakra centers. Once you are activated, I walk you through a grounding and relaxation exercise. Then I place the crystals along your body and we start the session.
