40 minute Numen Energy Session and Meditation
Trained in Reiki and other energy modes, Amanda is developing her own philosophy and approach to energy wellness that is informed by her experiences in the wild and as a Storyteller.
Amanda offers holistic energy balancing, each 30 minute session includes a whole body scan, a meditative walk-through, and a closing healing blessing.
